Why are some people so ignorant?
My friend recently tried to commit suicide and now there is a lot of gossip and my mom doesn’t want me to be friends with her and she’s moving tomorrow!!! I’m going to the movies with her regardless but it will probably the last time I ever see her!!!
so…what is your question?
Dear archer_sagittarius, Unfortunately when parents hear of your friends trying to commit suicide they think of all kinds of things like suicide packs, cults and dysfunctional families etc. Parents just want their children to be safe. Since you mom has no idea why this girl attempted suicide of course she’ll think of all kinds of things why she tried. Cut your mother some slack…she is just afraid. Sue…good luck
