How can you tell if a boy is using you?

Well, I like this boy a lot. He doesnt act like other guys, so I think he might be trying to use me.. I don’t know im just wondering.

agree witmommabear75…if hes treating as though its a crime hes committing(hiding &speaking 2 you,not mentioning you to his friends etc) then drop him cause certainly noone wants to be treated like that you deserve someone that will show you they care and respect you..and dont make the mistake to give your self to him cause usually guys like that only waits for that opportunity..then your name is allover the place..be careful..

Be a bit more specific about how he is not acting like other boys.

Bottom line, if he is not treating you with respect, controlling you, or is trying to keep you hidden (not wanting to be seen with you or acknowledge you in public or around his friends) then give him the broom. You don’t need that from anyone and tying yourself down to someone that doesn’t deserve you only keeps you from being able to find someone that does respect and care about you.
