How can you lose muscle?

i’m 5’6, almost 16 and wear a size nine in jeans but it’s all muscle. i want to go down to a size five, how do i slim my legs down without making them more musclular?? please help!

I knew a weight lifter once who had the same problem. His legs got too big doing heavy squats so he would ride a bike to help slim them down. I think it worked some for him but I don’t know if it’ll work for everyone.

Well just so you know, muscle burns calories. So if you get rid of the muscle in your legs, then you will most likely get fat thighs. But trust me, if your legs are the only thing that has your size up, then don’t change. A size 9 is nothing to worry about.
