How can I flatten these mountains on my butt?

This seems like an incredibly embaressing Question, But I’ve been struggling about this for Years and have been searching for answers. I’m a fashion designer , but not ‘BIG’ yet. Anyway, I enjoy flipping through fashion magazines at Barnes or Borders where ever when ever I can. I see really fit (no, not the anorexic kind) healthy & Skinny Models posing for the Cam, and no matter what, they Always look good! I’ve been self-conscious about my body longgg enough and I NEED Answers!! I have a Big Butt and Nothing Seems to Tone it town. I’ve tried Working it out, but that did nothing. Pff. Then my mom said something about eating Anything with FAT , Your Butt WILL Store. I was like : 0 NOoooOO! that can’t be! We all have to eat, but does anyone know of a special diet that doesn’t include fatty foods? I mean, like maybe something that if you get hungry, you can drink a diet drink instead. I am not a good explainer at all as you can see and I feel as though I am making a fool of myself. But does any one know of a Diet Beverage that you can drink and get all the nutrients you need without eating? I feel like I’m carrying Rocks in my Buttocks and it doesn’t feel right. I drag around and it makes me walk funny. I can’t even fit in some of my favorite pair of jeans anymore =’( and it makes me want to cry. SO, I need some advice about this that does Not have anything to do with adding more to your buns. I would like a flat butt, so I can walk more gracefully and fit in my Jeans again!

Any Great Exercises or Diet drinks to clean out the bad fat ? If there are foods, just tell me anyway and I’ll try it out!

Are you sure your butt is big? Could you just have a distorted self image? Got any pictures of it? Not bare-assed or anything like that. Just for a judge of scale…

wear control pants or somthing modles photos are doctored half the time dont worry man if you dont like your body thik oh well get over it trust me there will be somone who will find iresistebable

Ha ha! I’ve tried Barley Green. I hated it.

I at least want a good Filling drink to fill me up for the day without being eager for food that i don’t need.

Well, My butt looks a little too round in my opinion. Mainly, It IS saggy and I just need a sort of … well…LIFT! ^ ^ ^

running should work ur butt area along with your legs..and it should also help you feel better about yourself…excercise releases endorphins in your body and they make you feel good about yourself…it raises confidence and self image…im very overweight but ive been working out since the beginning of the school year and been just eating what i needed to get thru the day until dinner time… and ive lost 30 pounds. and personally i feel a lot better about myself when im able to fit into shirts that i havent been able to fit into since i was a freshmen in highschool…just a good run every now and then can help with your problem i believe

ha well jlo’s got that pant line for girls with big butts… I dont really know all that much about it all I know is its supposed to make your butt look better.:P

well flax oil helps to curb your appetite if you eat it before and after meals and green tea help a person burn fat quicker if drank regularly
