How can me and my friend gain 5-10 pounds in a week for a dare?

me and my friend are very skinny, so we made a bet starting in 3 days that the first person to gain 5-10 pounds of fat wins the bet! So please give reasonible answers not just saying “ eat mc donalds” and we also agreed to not do it the healthy way lol so what kinds of food, drinks, or homemade things should we try? Lol I had someone tell me drink lots of water and bloat! Thanks

You cant gain that much weight in a week. Its very dangerous actually to do so. But weights are more than fat

impossible unless you go on a monster cycle of anabolic steroids and eat like 6k calories a day

u should try phisical sport also muscle wieghs more than fat so I sugest parkour youtube it its called free running parkour urban running ect

Pasta makes people gain weight. You could try eating a lot of pasta. However to put on weight is extremely difficult. So please do not overdo this and end up in hospital.
