By eating the right, natural foods, like whole grains, pasta, rice cereals, bread, lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, and fish in small quantities, 3 oz, Fruits, veggies, and snack on seeds and nuts in small quantities. Cut out presweetened drinks like soda, and drink lots of water. And you have to exercise the whole body, 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a weeks, Theres no such thing as spot reducing!
Working out the abs (abdominals) will help alot.
