How can I whiten my teath in a week w/o an opperation? and cheap???

im 14 and I want my teeth whiter what can I do or what can I use to whiten my teeth fast?? please helpp

brush your teeth like you normally would and then rinse with water only , after that take peroxide and pour it on your toothbrush and scrub your teeth for about 30 sec , without rinsing pour more onto your toothbrush and do it again . your teeth will feel clean and you will notice them getting whiter . I do it all the time and I always get complements on my teeth .

Lol this is such a coincidential question because right now (as we speak) I m whitening my teeth with crest white strips! If you don’t really want to buy any, you can use baking powder on your toothbrush. If you decide to do that be careful-I read that though it helps whiten, it rubs away your gums. I’m not sure if it’s true but just be careful!

listerine white strips are THE BEST their only $17.00 at walmart I’ve been using them forever and their great you’ll see a a difference within a few days if you buy them you wont regret it :)

If you drink coffee, stop drinking it. It stains teeth.

Apply more pressure to your teeth when brushing. If your brushing just twice a day switch it too 3 times.

Try brushing for extended periods of time as well, make sure that your not just passing the brush over your teeth.
