How can I tone up? serious talking?

I am rather petite and slim however… my stomach isnt like.. flat but I would like to tone it up so I can feel more happier!

I dont wanna lose any weight because tbf… I cant afford to lose any more weight… because I am just under the 7 stone region which is underweight for me!

so yeah… any suggestions for stomach toning… how often etc…

&& any leg excersises to tone thighs up a lil will be appreciated!!… that dont include running because I cant hack it lol =P

thank you :) I do try and stay away from breads as much as I can… I always try and eat as less of it as I can… otherwise I try the gooder stuff like oat bread its better than white bread :)

stay away from breads they make your tummy puffy and try doing 10 crunches when you wake up each day.
