How can I take care of this binging problem?

I know WHY I binge. I went to a nutritionist why I have this disorder. And I found out it’s from one of these, or all of these things:

1.) There’s this noise (too embarrassing to say what) that annoys me, and I get ticked off so easily when I hear it so often. And it’s a really common noise, too.

2.) My friends at school leave me out of things. They don’t listen to me, and they look at me as if I’m crazy! It makes me very sad about that… :(

3.) Lately I’ve been getting bad grades. I get home really late from school, and too tired to study, or do homework. And doing it just stresses me out more, so I cant sleep till late. Then I wake up at 5:30 am because my bus comes at 6:00, and I never have a good sleep.

Anything to fix these? I’ve checked my bmi, and I’m so close to overweight. People keep saying I’m thin, but me, and my parents are extremely worried about my health :(

hey I think I know how you feel I use to be anorexic and the best way to get rid of all these problems is to get all of the negativity out of your life so you can focus on you ,first thing is to stop binging and go on with a new healthy diet , because the most important thing is to take care of your health and secong thing is to stop listening to what people say about you ,people only say thing because there jealous and their trying to make theirself feel better inside and third is talk to your friends about how your feeling because real friends care no matter what. And fourth is to make a list to all the important things you have to do everyday and then make a list of all the things you want to accomplish throughout the day and get a watch lol! And last is just say “SO WHAT “ ! to the scale because all that matters is your inside beauty ,and it’s ok to diet and stay health but just don’t take it to far.
