How can I stop taking it out on people ?

Well over the last couple of years my grandparents have died one died recently and then I found out my friend has died =/. Even when I was little my childhood wasnt great with my dad abusing my mother

The thing is its like im taking my anger out on everybody else and its not fair them. How can I stop acting so angry and upset all the time ? =/

I know exactly what you mean. I’ve had a bit of a life myself and I dealt with anger issues for a long time (still do, lol), but even though it sounds a little cheesy therapy is a really great way to get all your thoughts out and anything thats upsetting you. Just talking it out with a professional that knows how to react really helps. What you want to do is find a specialist that you like and thats easy for you to talk to and that your comfortable around. I do not recommend going to Kaiser though. I used to go there for that but most of their therapists don’t have the tools to deal with what you need from them. But yes, once you find a really good therapist that you like it can get better and you don’t feel as overwhelmed by the anger of everything. Hope it helps =)

Don’t let bad things in your life ruin it. Just think how much better it would be for YOU if you were happier, and didn’t take your anger out on others.

Its alright to be angry sometimes, but you shouldn’t let it take over. Things happen, and its terrible that so many people you love have died, but they wouldn’t want you to take your anger out on others. They would want you to be happy, and not to feel bitter.

There isn’t anything you can do, you can’t bring them back, and taking your anger out on other people, including other people you love will do no good.

Life sucks sometimes doesn’t it =(
