How can I put on weight?

I have been size 8 (uk) for a couple of years now, I was thinner befor I had my daughter, so she’s helped me a bit but I want to get to a size 10-12 or maybe just a 10 but it’s impossible… I weight 7 1/2 stone and I’ve set my self a target or 8 1/2 - 9 stone for summer but now I just need to know how to do it lol

You can drink a bunck of milk! or go to the gym and lift some weights. I do that. set a goal every time. and youll eventually see results if you attend continuosly. :)

You want to increase to a healthy weight, I suggest going to the gym with your husband, eating good nutritious foods, drinking milkshakes (homemade ones preferably that way you can get some really cool flavours and add fruit for nutritional value) you can also check out health stores and stores like GNC (if they have them in Britian) for weight gaining supplements, always consult with your Doctor before engaging in any dietary changes to increase or decrease weight. It’s a good job my man can cook lol… Wouldn’t say no to a bit of steak :P haha! He was on about taking me to the gym with him so I might take up his offer :) Well cheers for that chick :D

Hmm, steak. lol. Try to work up muscle as well. It weighs more than fat.

To gain weight healthy you’ll need to eat 2,500 cals a day because 2,000 is to maintain weight.
