My girlfriend and I decided to take out relation to the next step. at the end we were caught up in the moment and '' got off " in her. I know we should of used protection but we were in the heat of the moment. What should I do to help prevent her from getting pregnant?
Of course,condoms and try talking to her about birth control.And try keeping sex encounters moderate-like at least once to twice a week. But in cse if you get too caught up in the moment and totally forgot about condoms,the birthcontrol is the sidekick. Be careful and have fun. :)
If it hasn't been 72hrs yet she can go get the morning after pill, also known as Plan B. If it's been more than that, there isn't a thing you can do. Next time use a condom and make sure she's on birth control (and taking it properly).
I'd check when she had her period, and see when she ovulates. she could be pregnant no matter when it is at this point, but you'll know how likely it is that she is by when she's most likely TO get pregnant.
How long ago did this happen?? If it's less than 3 days you can buy her the morning after pill Also are you sure she isn't already on the contraceptive pill??
