How can I not feel like this?

I don’t know what’s wrong with me but sometimes things just get on top of me and I feel stressed I guess. I have days when I don’t know how I feel, I don’t feel good but I don’t know. I sort of just go about things on autopilot. Everything feels like it’s going wrong and nothing is right with school, my friends, family, the way I look, my weight and so on and I just feel ambushed. It makes me almost feel ill or cry. When I know things aren’t even that bad but I still feel like this?

Thank you. It’s kinda comforting knowing I’m not the only one who’s like this. I just feel lost and although I have great relationships with my parents and 2 close friends I feel slightly alone.

I remember going trough this just recently the thing that I figure out was that I felt lost not knowing who I was. I think that is the whole point that we are chaging and our emotions are confused. But the best thing to do is talk to someone so you can put it outhere. Find ways to just relax like taking a walk keeping a journal, drawing e.c.t.

I think everyone has their down days. :) just remember there are certain things and people you want to live for and you’ll be okay.

I feel that too sometimes and im usually a cheerful person. :)
