How can I not feel like this?

I don't know what's wrong with me but sometimes things just get on top of me and I feel stressed I guess. I have days when I don't know how I feel, I don't feel good but I don't know. I sort of just go about things on autopilot. Everything feels like it's going wrong and nothing is right with school, my friends, family, the way I look, my weight and so on and I just feel ambushed. It makes me almost feel ill or cry. When I know things aren't even that bad but I still feel like this?
