How can I motivate myself to lose this extra weight?

so I’m a fifteen year old girl in the ninth grade. I used to be overweight to the point where the doctor recommended me to lose weight in like fourth grade. I was so devastated realizing that I was overweight that I became the healthiest person you could imagine and lost soo much weight, I even became a vegetarian and I’m now on two cheerleading teams. but my food choices are becoming less and less healthy and I find it extremely hard to control myself. I frequently over eat if I’m by myself and then get depressed with my stubborn weight. I’m not fat, but I’m uncomfortably in the middle I’ve thought of asking for a belly ring to motivate me to lose my extra weight, but I’d feel silly its really taking a toll on me, and I’m not fitting into any of my clothes and my mom won’t buy me new ones. she goes “then maybe you should shrink” id really like some advice, anything you could give me oh and sorry this is insanely long=P

Perhaps you need to figure out why you’re overeating? If its to cope with whatever emotions you dont want to deal with, then you’re going to have to figure out alternative ways to cope and maybe actually deal with whatever is going on?

it wasn’t that fast because I lost most of it in fifth and sixth grade and kept it off until now, but I just can’t get myself to become as healthy as I was again

seems like you lost weight too fast and is gaining it back fast that is what happens when you loose it quick… uhmm I don’t know what can help this but I will try and find some things out for you and let you know. but I have heard from doctors and other people that loosing weight slow is better so then that way it stays off and you most likely wont gain it back.
