How can I make time for yoga?

How can I make time for my yoga? if I don’t do it I get really stressed out. I try to do it but I am on tour with my band and wenever I want to do yoga or when I am stressed out I try to do it so all the tension goes out and potiential energy goes in. and I just can’t find the right time to do it!

                             here is my daily schedule for every day:

4:00am-12:00pm noon record songs 12:00pm noon- 1:00pm lunch 1:00pm-3:00pm school 3:00pm-5:00pm rehearsal 5:00pm-7:00pm play against som expert at guitar heroIII(long story) 7:00pm-8:30pm computer time to organize and finalize songs 8:30pm-9:30pm talk on fun advice 9:00pm-9:30pm get ready for bed 9:30pm go to sleep. WEEKENDS: wake up 11:00am go to bed 12:00am(parting or on concerts.

any adivce? I need my yoga time and I don’t have it!

Wake up early suga!

Specially weekends you could work out more, and get more results! I’ve never really done yoga, I got my own routine, but rite back chick tell me whats up

I say either right when you wake up or right before you go to bed
