my tongue is really fat and long && it makes me have a really badd tongue thrust and lispe.I hate it
well your tounge is a muscle its also made up of blood and veins the only thing that can alter its shape is surgery, which would be painfull, expensive and most likley uneccessary
Without surgery it is not really possible Have surgery if you want, but that would be expensive, but other then that there not much you can do
