How can I lose weight really quick?

I’m 14 years old, about 5’7 and 130lb. I am desperate to lose weight about 10lbs and have a flatter stomach. Does anyone have a quick solution like exercises, diets, food to avoid?

a young girl like u shouldnt be dieting to loose weight. Just try exercing. The 90% of the bone’s density grow between the ages 12-17 (this is the age you are mostly growing) this is not the time to limit your intake of calcium, vitamin D or vitamin C, all of which are essential for proper bone growth. dont diet, instead, focus on eating healthy food and taking daily exercise. exercing wil speed up your metabolism. Which is a good thing. And remember, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! you must stay hydrated. Water is also the cheapest drink that can make your metabolism fast. Having a high metabolism will help burn extra calories. There is no single’’healthy diet”. As long as you eat a variety of foods, from the main food groups (fruits, vegetables, grains [rice, pasta, oats etc] lean meats, dairy, fats) you should get all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrition you need.

Trust me, im a 14 year old too, and i lost over10 puonds by eating healthy, exercing everyday, and staying hydrated.

if ur 5’7’’ and 130 u dont need to lose wait first of all. and second if u just want a tigher body all u have to do is workout. u dont even have to go to the gym u can do crunches and go jogging or hell do what krissykrunk does go to spinning classes

try running, besides, its not the amout of weight, its the amount of fat. im 5 8 and about 140, but i have like no fat and int he best shape ive ever been in

well i take spin classes at the ymca. which is where you ride the excersise bike for like an hour. and then i diet.

lol ya girl come on im 5’4” and 140lbs. you know what im doing? running a mile everyday and eating apples insteadof candy bars. your not overweight trust me.
