actually, the more you work out, the more boobs you loose (just to clear that up) try doing ab exercises that target ALL areas of your abs, keep up the running (you could do 3 or 4 times a week, though) and look up some butt conditioning… the more you condition it, the bigger it will get.

I would suggest that you just start working out and play some sports on the weekends. That worked for me! oh and remeber to just eat one snack a day and healthy 3 meals a day. It will seem like its not working at first but at the end you will be totally satisfied that you lost the weight you wanted.

ok first of all boobs don’t have to do with the weight you lose! ok so if you want to just lose your stomach not everything else, you should try doing crunches and a lot of them! also do other exersizes that make your stomach feel tight when you are doing them! they really help and don’t do a diet if you just want to lose your stomach just don’t eat too much chips or ice cream or any junk! I’m not saying band them just not too much! and running 15minutes 2 times a week is fine! hope it helped!

Hey there! Well, actually, women usually lose weight in their breasts first. But, since you don’t want weight loss, the thing that I would recommend you do is to keep up your running. But, to keep your girly figure AND enhance your womanly curves, I would recommend weight training as well. (Especially for the booty) You can do it on the same day as your running or alternate days. This will burn the flab that you don’t want, speed up your metabolism, and keep you at a healthy weight for your height. If you start to see an actual weight gain as you’re keeping with this workout, you’re doing wonderfully! That means that you’re packing on the calorie burning muscle!
