How can I loose weight?

I’m 13 years old, 5’6” and I weigh about 210 =[ How can I loose weight in my stomach, legs, arms, face, all that…evenly? I have sports iduced asthema I think so it’s hard to run…how can I get to 150 by next summer? My goals are to maybe get down to180 by August. Everyone always makes fun of me, and I do too, I really want to loose the weight. Anything that will SURELY help?

Try dog walking. It sounds like it’s not exactly going to do much good but, when you think about it, it actually helps in a lot of areas. Holding the dog will tone your arms, walking will tone your legs, stomach and bum and everything will start to get thinner. I’ve literally been walking a dog for about a week and I’ve lost a few pounds already!

I walk about almost 2 miles to school and 2 miles back everyday for summer school for 4 weeks, thinkt hat will help?

try starting off with some yoga. its a good workout and engages all your muscles+ it will make you feel good.

I am 105lbs now =] I think walking to school everyday is helping a lot.
