first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight and try to get help for your model obsession its not healthy and neither are they

well, if you have wide hips, nothing more than surgery..

what you’d do is wear swim suit that’ll make your hips a bit smaller, like dark swim suits or somethin. check gojane.com

I would bike, that would help get rid of the fat on your legs and hips. Wile maintaining the muscle. Make sure you bike on a low gear. That will burn fat faster. Higher gears will feel like more of a work out but all it really does is build muscle not burn fat. If you can’t go biking out side then go to a gym were they have those bikes that are connected to the floor. Drink at least 80 oz. of water a day! That will also help get rid of the fat. Also cut back on starchy vegetables, like potatoes and onions. Hope this helps!
