How can I loose my weight after I ahd 3 kids?

I have had 3 kids. Im 32 and cant seem to lose the weight after my 3rd child. I need help

WHAT you NEED IS TO TAKE A GRAM OF PROTIEN FOR EVERY POUND OF BODY WEIGHT DAILY AND EXORCISE FOR 1 HOUR EACH DAY, FIND SOMETHING you LIKE TO DO, FOR ME I LIKE TO PLAY BASKETBALL AND DO LIGHT HIGH REP WEIGHT WORKOUTS. TRY THIS AND IF you SEE A CHANGE IN 2 WEEKS E-MAIL ME BACK AND THANK ME OK!!!

Well you can lose weight just like every other person in the world. It is called exercising and dieting. If you are one of those people who dont have much time, when you play with your kids play with them in ways to help you exercise like picking them up and down, or laying on you back and picking them up with your legs. Depending on how old your kids are, when they go ride their bikes, walk along beside them. If younger grab a stroller and go for a walk. Just be more active with your children and this will help. Also I would imagine since you have children you probably stay home a lot and that means you are constantly surrounded by easy access to food. Get out take them to the park, go shopping, do anything but stay cooped up in a house all day, that makes temptation take over
