How can I lose about 17 pounds?

hya, does any 1 have any advice on how i can loose about 17 pounds in about 11 days, im 13 - about 167 pounds and am 5,7 thanx x x x x

there is a diet where you can lose up 2 i think its 18 pounds in 4 days its a deox diet all you eat is fruit vegetables and chicken and beef hope this helped

It is not healthy to lose more than a couple of pounds a week. Several things that help you drop weight quickly that are not completely unhealthy would be:

  1. Lower your sodium intake. Sodium or salt is in almost every processed food. It’s found in high quantites in fast food and carbonated beverages. Sodium makes your body retain water and in moderation helps your body maintain its daily functions, but in excess it can hold fluid in your body. If you lower your sodium intake by looking at labels, eating less processed food, junk food and fast food and drinking 8 glasses of water a day you will find that you will lose weight. Remember not to cut sodium out all together. Your body needs it, just not as much as average Americans intake. I’ve lost 15 pounds in a week because of the water I was retaining.

2)Eat a lower fat , high protien, low sugar diet. If you monitor what you are eating you will most likely notice that everything you are eating is either high sodium, high sugar or high fat. Making healthy choices at every opportunity will help you drop the pounds. People have dropped 5-10lbs by just eliminating sugar/simple carbs from their diet and replacing them with healthy alternatives.

Like I said, trying to lose more than a couple pounds a week over an extended period of time is unhealthy and can lead to eating disorders, malnutrition, and a multitude of other health problems, so be safe and be moderate in your weight loss. Be nice to your body its the only one you’ve got.

i dropped 22 lbs in 21 days. i did this by drinking only slim fast for the first 14 days and exercising 2 hrs each day. the next 7 days i ate no more than 600 calories a day exercising 1 hr each day. the weight will come off fast at first because its water weight. as long as you keep exercising it will keep coming off. good luck!

i am a wrestler and i would only eat an apple for dinner with a glass of water. After that i would go for as long as a run as i could before i pass out, but i would wear shorts boxers sweats long socks shoes shirt shirt plastic garbage bag shirt jacket sweatshirt. Although i have never dropped that much. It works like no other.

I would recommend a healthy diet and green tea!! it works like wonders. try it drink it like 3 times a day =D
