well I know how your friend feels , I get sad and depressed and cry and cry saying im not good or enough and try to change myself . but the only thing thats helped me allot is my friends . try to make her laugh a lot keep her busy . tell her shes preety and shell probally be like no im not since he doesnt think so or something but you just have to tell her straight up that there are plenty of boys in this world and that she need to stop putting her self down over a uy who isnt worth it since he may not give her the time of day but that doesnt mean she should give up that just means she needs to stop caring so much about a boy and tell her to try to focus on finding her self or getting better grades or something . theres not to much you can do honestly she needs to realize it herself but you can help her do that :]
