How can I grown my damn hair?

I had my hair to my belly button nearly all my life, then I had a bad break up and went through a stage of depression and cut it all off, I now only have about to my shoulders. What do I do?

take a hair skin and nail vitamin.it really helps.also try not to wash your hair a lot because you get rid of a lot of its natural oils that help it grow.

Keep it healthy and dont use heat on it as much. meaning, less blow dryer, straightener and curling iron. Heat actually slows hair growth & experiments show that Tressemme shampoo and conditioner thicken hair and make it grow faster. its also healthy to wash it in cold water often. (That also keeps dark color in, for future references.)

cutting the ends doesnt do anthing unless you have split ends unfortunantly it will take quite a few years for it to grow back and apart from keeping your hair healthy theres nothng else you can do to make it grow faster unless you want to use hair extensions to make it look longer
