How can I grow ?

Am only 5ft and I really want to grow, does anyone no how you can grow fast naturly or by taking some kind of tablets ?

theres nothing you can do to grow taller, once you reach the height your meant to be thats it. Is your mum or your dad a similar height to you? Its all in your genes. Dont be unhappy about your height it doesnt change a thing about the type of person you are. People come in all shapes , sizes, heights, colours etc and you are what you are. If you are happy with the type of person you are then just accept it. People love you for who you are not how tall or short you are.

how old are you? if your a girl and your over 11, or a boy over 18, then you proablly wont get any taller. but if your under this age, then there is stuff you can do to become taller, but most of your height depends on your genetics. you can go to the doctor and ask them what they can do for you. besides that you can build your muscles and strech a lot, eat a lot of healthy food and drink a lot of water, that will help slightly. theres not much else you can do besides that stuff.
