How can I go flat in a week?

I really need 2 go flat tummy in a week ..I have fat and im thinking of wearing a bikini for my birthday and gettin my belly pierced how can I get it flat ?

I say do sit ups and things like this and cut down on the food that you don’t really need to eat and try stick yo healthy foods and snacks. But don’t go to far..also try a thing called the water diet all you do for a few days is eat SUPER healthy and when you get a craving just drink water that’s more that 8 glasses a day then at the end of it your belly will be bloated but then you just pee it all out :D and you should have no need to want to ‘try’ and breathe in hope this helped xx

You really can’t just go flat in 1 week. It does take time, But try doing some good exercises and try doing some Yoga also. It really works and thats what I do when I want to loose weight, drink plenty of water, (Yes I mean plenty), Eat yogurt, and lots of fruit. Try to lay off of Soda, breads, and pasta. Salads are good and simple. But make sure you eat meat with your Salad. Like Chicken or something. I hope this helps, It sure does for me!

im not a hundred percent sure if this works for everybody, but I lost 5 pounds in a week by accident. I stopped eating carbs, starches, and sugars. so no brownies, cookies, cake, icecream, (which was hell for me :P) no pasta, hardly any bread, no pizza, cheese, potatoes, rice, or whole milk. my daily food was pretty much a poptart for breakfast, pb&j for lunch, and meat for dinner. also what helped is dancing. doesnt have to be great, just a lot of hip movement, so it works your abs. you can do that just alone in your room. hope this helps:)
