How can I get ungrounded quickly?

I’m grounded for missing curfew and I was going to be ungrounded tonight, but I got an attitude with my mom when I got home tonight and she started attacking me about being responsible with the journalism camera for no reason, just decided to be in accusatory lecture mode. Needless to say, the attitude extended my grounding, what should I do?

Answer #1

There is no way to get ungrounded quicly, just follow the rules don’t talk back, and just do whatever you are told to do so the punishement wont go on and on. And the attitudes are not helping.

The grounded means learning your lesson.

Answer #2

Its what you deserve. You’re the one who had attitude, so now you have to face the consequences. You were in the wrong, not her. Just apologise, NICELY, and if she still doesn’t life the grounding, then I guess that you are just going to have to accept it.

Answer #3

Haha thanks:) I think I’ll just leave it be tonight and apologize for my attitude tomorrow lol. I shouldn’t have gotten upset in the first place; maybe she had a bad day. Oh well! One more day of grounding won’t kill me.

Answer #4

As harsh as it may seem to be grounded, you need to understand that your mother is simply trying to prepare you for the real world.

Being late and giving attitude will cost you your job as an adult - the responsibility she is trying to instill in you is so that you have a chance at making it on your own…remember that.

The best thing to do would be to apologize, and if it doesn’t lift the grounding, just accept it.

Answer #5

DON’T GET AN ATTITUDE

Answer #6

you can try apologizing to your mom and promise her you’ll try to be more respectful to her
