How can I get rid of this guy???

ok so my sophmore year I started talking to this guy and fell HEELS OVER HEAD for this guy. I kept waiting for him to ask me out… well its been 3 years and he still NEVER has. so I told him I was deleting his number and to do the same with mine.. well we started talking again, and he will take my phone in class sometimes and go thru my messages and he would get mad if I was talking to a guy, so I would stop texting all my guy friends for him. but he still talked to other girls, so again I would tell him to delete my number. when this happened and I got a boyfriend he would send me cute texts all the time, he would sit by me in class and try to flirt with me. at one point when we were talking and I made him mad. the next morning I was getting out of a car on the side of the road for school, he texted me and said that I needed to get out of the road because he almost hit me.. jokingly I replied that he would prob want to run me over because of the nite before. I was really hurt and sad when he replied back “ yeah. kinda. I could hit you and make it look like you committed suicide.” I told him it hurt me and I didnt like it when he said that. thats when he tried to tell me he was joking. well, I have a new boyfriend now and I told this other guy I dont want anything to do with him, anymore, ever. but he keeps texting me and bashing me and my boyfriend. we go the the same school and he is in most of my classes so I pretty much cant get away from him there. so this is my question: HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS GUY???
