eat less dairy products. it really works. stop eating dairy products for like 2 or 3 weeks and I guarentee you’ll see an improvement.

also. I don’t know if your a girl or not… but try to wear alittle less makeup (coverup, foundation, powder)… its better and helps your skin breathe if you wear less.

oKAY!I’m no expert but wash your face atleast 2 times a day! Try 2 use the same face wash and try 2 not touch your face a lot through out the day and not so much chocolate.
