Okay, so right now I am using safe mode because every time I click on start computer it wouldn't let me, normally I would type my password and it would say "profile bad, so the only option is to use safe mode..how can I fix it..what happens if I delete everything..I did it once on my laptop where I call the customer service and they helped me start my computer new and fresh..but this is a desktop..what should I do?
the main problem is I can't start my computer normally..I always have to click on safe mode..cause when I click start computer normally, it says profile bad...and I don't like the safe mode it seems like if its storing information on all my websites..I want to install the whole thing like delete EVERYTHING, but I am afraid if something happens..ones I deleted everything off my laptop because my downloads slowed my computer and then it wasn't the same I lost Microsoft word and I have to pay 240 bucks so they can give me the number to type for my Microsoft (it was weird)my desktop says emachines
do you still have the original windows disk?
if you do place it in the drive, reboot, follow the instructions till you get to something that says 'repair' or if you prefer and have backed up all your pics and that do a fresh full install
what operating system ru using???
have you tried making a new profile and deleting the broken 1?
Same thing. Desktop/laptop, only thing different really is the shape of the package.
