I'm 16 years old. When I was 15 I got pregnant and lost a lot of weight especially on my butt. Now my butt looks all loose its not flat but its not hard or firm. I want a nice shaped butt so when my boyfriends touches it, it won't feel all squishy. Like how bubble gum feels. I just want my butt to sand out to look hard to feel hard! When I do squats lunges or any type of exercise my but gets small. Can anyone help! Thank you.
this is going to sound strange but it accually works. when your sitting in a chair you can squench your but together. and after a wile your buttox will get harder. and its a great way to entertain yourself when your bored. but you kinda look werid doing it. squats and lounges work too also if you jog or run itmakes your thighs tufen up makeing your but look bigher too (: hope I helped
