how can I get my alias 2 to function properly?

I have a verizon alias 2 and I am able to send pictures to all my contacts except for two. one who has at&t and the other who has cricket. this is very confusing because sometimes my friend with at&t gets the pictures and sends me some as well. the other times she doesn’t and my friend with cricket just doesn’t get them at all unless I send it in a group message. can someone help me?

I used to do customer service for Nextel and I ran into this issue occasionally with people where they couldn’t send msg to one or two people, usually on a different network. Unfortunately I never found a fix for it :(. Usually told people to take their phones to a dealer and have them check it out. Don’t know if they ever got it fixed tho…

If anyone does have an answer the helps please post it. I have always been curious as to why this happens
