I need more stamina how can I get more stamina and is it true that if you eat protien you'll get more stamina faster
Running is good. Also try sprinting for 8-11 seconds ALL OUT. recover after each sprint by walking around for 3 mins or so, then repeat. do this as many times as you can, keep track of how many you manage to do each time. Sprinting also builds incredible muscle, more so then running.
I agree with xc_runner, work your way up. I am horrible at stamina though so what I did was start with a mile then ad a quarter mile every week. Eventually I was skipping 3 to 4 miles because my stamina had risen so much. I got up to 6 miles without having to take a break.
run 1 mile then work your way up to 2 miles then 3 miles then you can just keep going up and u'll get your stamina up im not sure about the proetein
