How can I get money for my baby?

Ok I just have a newborn baby and I dont have a job or nothin im not with da babydaddy he left me when he founf out I was pregnant people said he left far from here but anywayz I want to knoe if there is any way I can do to get cash I was thinkin of saliing my blood so you think thats a good idea and if you know how much just tell me? Thank

you can’t give blood so soon after having a baby, they won’t do it. your body is still recovering. getting child support isn’t going to solve your immediate problems, it’s time consuming and stressfull..

you need a support network…what about your family? friends?

in GB we have a network called ‘gingerbread’ which focusses on young single mums…have you got someting similar?

and go to your local welfare centre, they should offer you something. this is not an ideal position to be in, but it doesn’t mean you should accept anything no matter what the cost, you have a computer, so you must have a base, right? try and get a job just a few hours a week, I know it wil be hard, but at least then you can try and contribute a little to where you are, it may not be a lot, but the gesture will mean a lot.

what about your health visitor or midwife, can they not put you in touch with some one…

I think that you should go look for a job because theres many opportunities out there but you have to be willing to work hard dont be lazy goo look you cant paint ppls nails if thats what your good at or baby sit other babys along with yours that makes a lot of money you van take care of two besides yours:)

um..well you can go to a welfare place. Get on Foodstamps, and there is a program where they give you cash as well. Look in to the government assisting programs in your area. You have to have one in your city. Start there.

I would take him to court and get child support. I heard selling your blood dont make a lot of money!
