How can I feel better about myself??

Ok well all my life I have been lied to…and I’ve lost my 2 bestfriends to deaths one of them comitted suicide and the other died of cancer…well ever since then I really cant open myself up anymore like during school ill act all happy just so my friends dont know that im really breaking down and dieing inside…like I have my problems…family hates me, I dont think I have the brains to succed in life, im losing everything and everyone that I love and care for, and that im really never going to find what im looking for in life… sooo

How can I fell better about myself

Aww, I’m sooo sorry for all that has happened. :-(

Life definitely is a struggle. But what you have to realize, is that YOU are your own unique person. You cannot change the past, neither can you predict the future. Live each day for the day!! If you’re sad, don’t be ashamed. If you need to cry, just cry!! You need to talk to someone, whether it’s a friend or a school counselor, don’t be embarrassed, if you need help just ask for it. You’ll feel a lot better once you get certain issues off your chest.

Get to know yourself.. spend time with yourself… go for long walks, take a hot bubble bath, eat a box of cookies, scream to those “pick-me-up” songs that everyone has a collection of.

Don’t get down… we all have bad days/months/years… But it’s only you that can change that!! As hard as it is, try to look on the bright side of things. Pray for strength and endurance.
