  I have intense scars on my upper arm from cutting, they were there for probably about a year before I started doing something to get rid of them. I've tried EVERYTHING out there, and the best thing I've found is bio oil, just make sure you use it everyday

  I've tried the techniques I've found at scarremovalproducts.info and they've worked pretty well for me. They use every day items and are pretty cheap too.
