I am going on a much needed vacation. Well I should be getting my period the day I leave or the next day. Is there anything I can do or take that will delay it from starting for a few days???
Unfortunately, there is no way to delay your period. If you haven't used tanpans before, you can try those. You can take birth control pills to lighten the period. I do apologize though. Just have fun and try not to disappoint yourself.
You can get special hormone pills from a gyn, that's what I did when I went to Portugal,... but aside from meds, there's no natural way. ]: Just stock up on tampons and focus on having a good time anyway.
The only thing I've heard of is birth control... just enjoy it! dont let it ruin your good time! :]
Sadly no. If you really really want to go in the water try tampons if you haven't used them before.
unfortunately, there isnt much you can do to delay it or stop it.
