OKAY, First I really need help, I've been trying to lose weight for like 2 years now! It's plain Bllsht I can't seem to cut anything off! And please don't say eat healthier... because first of all I'm a teenager, I don't pig out but I'm not gonna jump for joy for carrot sticks either. And my meal plan isn't decided by me, that's what my parents chose and I don't think they are gonna change their meals just for me. And walking.. I walk all the time, sometimes for hours with my friends. So if you know any secret weight lose ideas, let me know. ;P Thanks for any help. Peace.
diet meals...hmm just drink plenty of water before starting your meal... eat low calorie food every 1-2 hours so your stomach will still keep digesting...about a week you'll lose 1-3 pounds a week...and exercised
I only eat once a day....but that's a good question...I don't like my weight...I feel 118 is too much. I've thought of throwing it up...but if anyone were to find out, I would be in a mental hospital like that.
Surely you cant be that big?? and in ya pic you look stunning so what you worryin about lol...?? You got a dog? If so why not take him out for a run or somethin every night??
