hes kind of shy and I think hes waiting for me to do it, how can I ask him? would it be okay with flowers and write it in the card or how?

well first of corse its okay, but I woudlnt do the flowers :p what I would do is like go up to him and go, I like you a lot, and I know guys should be doing this but im going to take a chance, will you go out with me? try that maybe? :p
