How can I alieviate my Headachs?

I constantly get this headach over my left eye that makes me want to poke my eye out the only way I can get rid of it is to go to sleep any ideas why or what I can do to gert rid of this?

I used to get that all the time too. its a migrane…I finally realised I get it when I eat cheese or to much of any dairy product or chocolate or if im just tired… My doc told me to try and keep away from those foods and regulate my sleep patterns like try go asleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning .. he said your body gets used to it so the quality of sleep is better so you dont get migranes as often…Try that… Or go to your doc and ask for advice thats suits you personally because everybody gets migranes for different reasons… Xo:)
