How can I achieve my goal of having a model body?

I want to have a healthy looking body. I am 140 but my stomach and arms are big. I want to lose some of it but I can I achieve that, realistically. Most people will say cut this and cut that but what is something realistic that I can do that will mesh with my busy schedule?

well, I dont really extremely recommed them but laxatives burn double the amount of fat you burn yourself so that will work around the busy schedule. you can also go to a gym at the weekend, and cut down on fatty & sugary foods by distracting yourself with work or fun things. there are also body firming creams you can buy.

Laxatives are DANGEROUS and can cause severe bowel and colon problems if you abuse them. Where on earth did you learn to use laxatives joeygirlx??!?

To lose weight, eat smaller ( no more than a hand full) meals a day (about 8-10 of them) and eat healthy carbohydrates instead of refined carbohydrates.

Also joining a gym and doing some weight training (muscle burns more fat than doing cardio exercise) will help you lose weight and get thinner. Just remember don’t do heavy weights, just light resistance training should do the trick.
