How can a 13 year old lose weight very, very fast?

Okk so im 13 && I really think im fat im about 5’3” &&I honestly dont know how much I weigh but im guessing like about 110-120 [somewhere in that range] && I thinkk I look really fat so I wear sweaters like no joke everyday && I really like this guy && he likes me && I want to go out wit him but I have very low self esteem because of my weight. But hey I dont know how much I should weigh at my height && age,, so maybe it is a good weight but I dont like how fat I look :/

I’m just like you, except I’m fatter. I weigh about 153 pounds and I’m 5’6. I really want to lose weight because I want to be skinny like my best friend. She was born skinny.. I just find it not fair and someday soon I wanna be skinny too. Also because people are known to get fatter as they get older, If I’m already fat now.. I’ll be huge in the future and I’ll most likely end up killing myself because I’ll be alone.

I’m 13 and thought I was fat till I spoke to my mum about it. when she was young she was anorexic and she still is slighly. don’t worry about your weight. seriously your lighter than one of my friends who models for a company called pynk in london. you’ve just got to be cool with yourself!

I don’t think theres any healthy way for you to lose weight as quick as you want to. I think you need to work more on your self-esteem because your not fat.

your accually at a verry good weight range. dont worrie about it its a proven fact that EVERY girl thinks they are fat. is he likes you now. hell like you no matter what. just be strong and remind yourself that even if you feel fat (which you arent) its whats inside that counts hope I helped

at 5”3” & 110-120 lbs you do not need 2 lose weight. as far as the boy goes stay the hell away. no need to ruin your life.

Gain some self-confidence. That alone will let you drop some pounds. There is no safe way to lose weight fast. Weight loss is gradual. Eat healthy and exercise well.
