How breakfast affects attention in school?
Food=brain fuel. Of course it helps! (It has your carbs, vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, sugars, etc) Carbs and sugars=energy Protein=muscle repairer fats=last minute fuel when running low vitamins and minerals are used by the body in their own ways of repair and rejuvenation.
Imagine trying to run a car without gas, compared to a car completely or at least somewhat filled with gas! See the difference?
