I'm 13 and really really want my own cell-phone I'm like the only girl at shcool that has to share one with her older sister. And I only sometimes get to use it. So I'm starting to save up money to just buy one myself. But I don't want to tell my parents until I already have it and explain to them how I got it and that I'm going to pay for it. I can get my other older sister to sign a paper for it or watever because yes she's 18. But can I like buy it at Walmart? Some of my friends have like virgin mobiles or Tmobile and I think they get them at walmart.
yes, you can buy them at walmart, im sure they have an electronics section wree they sell phones it should be near the dvds and video games and as long as you can hadle the responsibility and can pay for not only the phone, but the regular bill as well I'd say its ok its probably best to go on a pre-paid plan as well, that way you cant go over the limit and end up owing a lot more, you only use up the amount of money you put in

Umm such a bad idea you need to convince your parents to buy you one tell them why tell them it would be safer if you had one you have to be super persusavie they will find the cell so just convince your parents you need on tell them what if I was kidnapped or about to be and I didnt have a cell phone because you wouldnt let me have one thats what I did it worked very well
Your parents should not have to be there. Just go to Walmart and try to buy one. If you need an adult go get your sister and go back to walmart. Just make sure you will be able to pay the bill.
