My idea, and I know this is not very pleasant would be to drink some Syrup of Ipecac soon after a meal. Then you will throw up and that will get everyone’s attention.

IF YOU WANT TO THIS ALWAYS WORKED FOR ME USE OATMEAL MIXED WITH SOME OTHER THINGS AND THEN MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOU THREW UP THAT IS BOUND TO WORK.
