I m very thin and want 2 become healthy, please do somethng
simple, start training sports, a lot and eat after a training as much as you can.
how it helps? ill explain to you...
when you train, the spaces between the muscles grow [the empty ones], and when you feel like tired after a training, come back home or w/e and eat. the Carbohydrates fill up the empty spots, and that way, your body grows mass.
P.S the food you eat after a training must contain Carbohydrates, and as much as its possible.. food for EX like eggs, meat ETC.

well I personally can't do something but you can. Eat protein(chicken, meat, etc) and work out so that when you do start to gain weight, its not the unhealthy fat but instead the fat will be lean and good. not to mention you'll have a nice shape to you.
