Look up billboard 100 on Google. It will bring you to a site to help you with a lot of your new music questions. Also DJbooth.net has a nice newsletter that you can sign up for, every time new music comes out, you receive an e-mail from them.
I don't really listen to R&B (In fact, I don't at all) lol.. but I know people have been making a fuss over a guy named Drake? Maybe you should check him out, I guess. :)
