How are "Hooter's" girls selected?

1. See a plastic surgeon to well, get some plastic boobs.
2. Go out with the manager.
3. Start work the next day.

well I am guessing you need some really nice hooters to work there. They usually turn down applicants who don’t meet their specifications (big breasts, nice bodies, and charisma). I am not saying that you are ugly if they turn you down in an application to hooters but usually hooters just do it because they want some “real nice women” (ironic since their breasts aren’t real). The reason they do this is because they have gotten fame and now they don’t want to lose reputation.

you basically need a good body and big boobs. as thats what pretty much sums up what hooters is. your going to be wearing a skimy outfit all the time that shows lots of skin and cleavage. if you dont have big boobs, i imagine they wouldnt take you. they want fake or real boobs, as long as their big. you would need to be comfortable with showing off your body and talking to strangers, serving them them and doing your “job”.

i forgot to mention you most likley also need to be over the age of 18, so at 15 your not goin to be allowed to work their yet

I would think it’s all about physical features, and I don’t think it would be so tough to get into hooters.

I actually know a girl who works there, and had to do research on a story bu a Hooter’s girl for sociology…you’re going to need a few things, from what I know:

1. Perfect hair and make-up for every single shift. At some of the locations, girls are required to curl their hair for every shift. My friend spends a lot of time preparing for work.
2. The ability to look good in very skimpy outfits, as you’re required to wear them.
3. The ability to have a fun and flirty personality. You have to actually sit down and talk to your customers, so you need a pretty open personality.
4. Thick skin, because your customers and management are going to treat you like a prostitute, generally. Overall you get great tips, but the job is tough. Not all the customers are bad, but for the most part you’re presenting yourself as a sex object, and some customers are going to treat you like sh!t. Management is apparently worse than the customers and will critique your appearance frequently. Just be prepared for that.

…no…not like in high school. they would be looking for bubbly girls with outgoing personalitys. youd obviously need to be smart enough to understan your rights and that people arnt allowed to sexually touch you/assault or harass you. but there not looking for girls with a degree/diploma or anything. there looking for bimboish girls with big boobs. also remember though that looks fade, and there are far better ways to make money that dont involve objectifing yourself
