Is it possible to uses NON-Homogenized natural yogurt on your hair and face?
I bought a organic yougurt that says NON homogonised it states it has live cultures but no which ones and can i use this yougurt in my hair mask and face masks?
Yes, I used to use yogurt on my face and hair all the time! Had better luck with face though, it works awesomely as a face mask. Just slather some on your face and let it sit for awhile then wash it off :D
so its ok if its non homogonized? i think that was my main qustion.
