What's a cool homemade Halloween costume?

i dont want the usual witch or skeleton or vampire. I want something cool and funny something i could make and find the materials in my house any ideas? much love xx

You could be a literary character!

This year, I went as Hester from The Scarlet Letter. I DIYed a black shirt and cut a red satin “A” out and sewed it to the shirt. Voila! To make it funny (as long as you’re in the company of adults) you could bring along birth control of some sort as a joke accessory.

I had a friend who was a road once, halarious! She took a black long sleeve shirt, stuck white scotch tape down the middle (you know like the yellow a road dividers - - - -) and painted her face accordingly, also if you have any toy cars or small animals you can just sow them on for the night.

I recommend also cross dressing. For exemple, borrow your dads, your brothers or your boyfriends clothing and invent a character (stuff your belly with a cushion, paint a fake beard, etc.)

Lasty but not least, you through poeple’s closets and just see what old clothes you can find, maybe you can be a fortune teller (lots of jewelery and long shirts) or some other fun character.

Of course if all else fails, just take a sheet and cut to holes!!!!
